Quanzhou YeoHwaHotel is conveniently located near Quanzhou Telecom Building, 15 minutes' drive to Jinjiang Airport and 10 minutes' drive to the railway station.

The 380 guest rooms (suites) cover 28 floors, ranging from Superior, Deluxe, and Executive rooms to VIP floors. There are 3 multi-function halls and an international conference hall which are all equipped with advanced multimedia meeting facilities. The 640-square-meter Banquet hall can hold 300 people.

The buffet bfast has wide selections of Western and Chinese with a dash of Japanese/Korean appetizers. The buffet lunch was just as widely varied with heaps of desserts. Don't skip the creamy vanilla ice cream for dessert. Not in-house but good choice of local brand ice cream. The coffee was well worth coming back - making me go beyond my usual 2 days a cup since it's such a delightfully strong one.

The rooms were well-kept and the showers were my fave part in the room. Strong and jet-like force showers which would make you want to stay longer taking a bath. And I notice the therapeutic foot mat in the shower area...little details but must have been thought of.

Punctual service when we ask for some addtional amenities like newspaper, shaver, and nailcutters. Working airconditioner and ample lights for reading and for room bright.

It's worth going back and I look forward to the other branches that this group maintained.

The downside is.. it's far from the shopping district since it's far from the heart of the city. My fellow travellers however enjoyed roaming and looking for places to shop and were even able to find good apparel deals. It might take a walk to get to those places though.
